EASY TO OPERATE

The Pneu-Port™ Resurfacing Grinder mounts easily to the cylinder without removing it from the engine block. In a matter of minutes, the grinding wheel is aligned and ready to resurface the exhaust port. The unique multi-pivot design allows the carbide bit to transverse the entire surface of the exhaust port. The design of the Pneu-Port™ Resurfacing tool allows you to adjust the grinding wheel in increments as small as 1/1000 of an inch. This means you can control the amount of material removed from the exhaust port with each pass.
The Pneu-Port™ 90 Resurfacing Grinder eliminates the need for cylinder removal. Simply attach the tool to the valve cover opening while the cylinder is still in place. In a matter of minutes the tool can be mounted and aligned with the face of the exhaust port. With artful precision it is you who controls the cutting power of the Pneu-Port Resurfacing Grinder.
